Best budget guitar for someone with small hands

Hello! I could really use your help. About 13 years ago I had guitar lessons and played regularly. Due to a financially stressful period unfortunately I was forced to sell my guitars a few years back, and haven't played since.

I really miss it and my amazing little brother is gifting me a guitar, so I'm in the market for a new one. Problem is, I'm a little overwhelmed with the choices.

The budget is around €200, and I was thinking of maximizing the budget by buying a secondhand guitar.

Some information: I have pretty small hands, so a large neck would not be ideal, I think. I prefer fingerpicking (can't play with a pick).

Right now I have my eye on a Takamine G260 from 2010. The buyer is asking €175 for it. It seems like a good deal, but I am unfamiliar with this brand.

Would this be an okay choice to get back into playing within my budget? Or should I look at some other brands?
