Bona Satin vs Extra matte finish

We installed 5 inch white oak hardwood floors throughout our house. We need to choose from bona traffic HD satin or extra matte. Which is better for high traffic and easy to clean? I've been told there's little to no difference when it comes to that and that satin is just a little more shiny.
