Guys I need your advices

I (M27) met a girl (F22) back in may in elevator, we exchanged numbers and started talking but she really takes time to reply to my texts.

We went to a date last month, it was good.
Days before the date I asked her if she wanted to go on a walk with me she said she would like to go but she was on her period, I proposed to come over her place since she couldn’t got out, she accepted, I bought her some snacks and we spend a really great time ( for me it was better than the date). We talked a lot and find out we had mutual interest and hobbies. I asked her why she took so long to reply even though she’s always in her phone, she said she’s not a good texter and she was texting her father the whole time ( her father was out of the country at the time ).
We both students, I’m doing my masters and she’s doing a bachelor. She told me that she was busy studying and preparing her exams.

We still talking now and she always takes time to reply and it’s killing my interest to her. Last time I sent her a message, she took two weeks to reply and now I’m thinking should I move on, don’t reply to her at all or send her a message, ask her if it’s always gonna be like this or she would give me time to really know her.
