TDS Claims for India

Hi, I’ve tried over 10 times to claim my TDS refund from Meta but it keeps finding a new fault every time I resolve a supposed issue in the process. Could somebody please help me with this? Or if there’s an email or something that I could complain on?

I even have meta verified but the stupid bot refuses to connect me to a human.

Trust me when I say I have done every single thing to get this claim right and try to talk to an agent. I’m so so done now
