Male can't take a hint?

so i have this coworker.

who always wanted to talk to me.
trying to create 1 on 1 moments with me.
physically touch me.
sometimes baby talks to me.
give me my fav candy.
concern about my well being.
trying to cheer me up.

and we sometimes also got a stare off for absolutely no reason.

but you know what she said when i confronted her about what we are?

she said
i didn't really think of it that much!

so this is for woman who is very affectionate
please dont tell us that Men can take a hint

when all this time i thiught it was a hint but im only left hanging
