Has anyone received allotment letter for Adarsh Parkland Phase 2?

TLDR: basically the title.

I have booked a flat in Adarsh Parkland Phase 2. The emails from the builder had mentioned that they would be sending allotment letters but I've not received any allotment letter. However, they have sent the draft agreement to sale. I tried to contact them over emails, but have not received any response.

On checking with AI tools, I got to know that the agreement supercedes the allotment letter and many builders choose to go for agreement to sale and bypass the allotment letter. This sounds skeptical to me. So, just wanted to check if anyone received the allotment letter for Adarsh Parkland Phase 2.
