Why you can't get coaching cliets

So you just started your coaching business, or you have a few clients and want to get some more... and you keep posting about your coaching and make offers... but no one wants to work with you...

Why can't you get clients, and how do you fix this?

Well, the first and most important thing is that you MUST understand and accept that business growth happens in phases, and the work that you do in phase 1 is different from the work you do in phase 3... but most coaching businesses fail because the coach jumps from phase 1 to phase 3.

You must accept that this is the nature of things, and regardless of whether you want it or not, your business will go through these phases, and there is nothing that you can do... so you might as well follow the phases and the work that must be done at that point.

The second thing is called strategic action - or doing the right thing at the right time.

Now, what can you do with this info to get more clients?

If you just started or you only have a few clients, you are in phase 1 of your business growth: Foundation.

Here, your work must be focused on creating a product/service that is needed by the market, then testing this product/service to understand if it will work, then selling and getting money.

So, I know that as soon as you have the idea of building your coaching business, you start spreading the word and you want to get clients, but hold on a minute.

Instead of asking people to pay for your coaching, get 5 foundation members to work with them for free - yes for free because they are the best business mentors who will help you develop your porduct - you will learn what works, what doesn't, what needs mprovement, what else your clients might need.... and from there you will build a product/service so good that people will ask you to work with them.

Also, starting like this will get you fast testimonials that you can use to build trust with your audience👌🏼

Once you get results for these 5 people, start asking for money... but don't be greedy yet!
