Looking for Sydney AFTRS Application Advice from Current/ Ex Students

Hey all,

I'm a little bit desperate for advice, I'm currently applying to the BA in screen production at AFTRS in Sydney but feeling a little bit nervous about the application task 1 "your story". I know I meet the criteria of a good scoring application but im scared I'll go about it the wrong way and miss my shot (with the course being so competetive and all that jazz).

Anyone who has succesfully gotten into the course or at least past the first phase of interviews could you tell me a bit about how it went/ how much they scrutinised your application. Some accounts of how it went from real people would really put my mind at ease.

(If this isnt the best place to ask please can someone point me in the right direction because all the student sites have non existent discussions/ intrest in the course)

Any advice or responses are very appreciated in advance.
