Calming treats recommendations?

Behavioral

A month ago i adopted my first ever cat and everything was going really well at first. His previous owner woke up very early and he had been adjusted to waking up really early/ being fed. At first whenever he woke up he would lay on my chest, get the zoomies, or find another way to get me up. So i started finding ways to get him to sleep longer : snack before bed, push dinner closer to bedtime, change breakfast time, invest in some cat pajamas to prevent zoomies, set up his sleeping area outside of my room, tire him out before bed by playing with toys. So he was able to sleep through the night with making a ruckus for a bit, but he’d wake up an hour early and meow and scratch at my door. It was fine at first, thought that he’ll need more time to adjust which is ok. But today he woke me up at 5 meowing and scratching my door and i’m getting annoyed. Plus i’m moving in with roommates soon and i don’t want him waking up the whole house by how loud he is. Does anyone know any good calming treats for cats?(We recently found ones for my family dog and they work wonders for her, especially for the fourth of july.)
