Women are having no personality?

I have seen a lot of guys on hinge and every other dating app or reddit complain about the girl having no personality or the girl being bad at taking accountability or having a lot of standards.

But at the same time we see the same women they r complaining about do good in their career and I am assuming the same skills apply to your career?

So r these men lying or am I mixing different things career and dating?
