We keep hearing the same debate: bigger home or better location?

A while ago, someone asked us something that sounded pretty simple:
*"Would you rather have a 1,200 sq ft home 30 minutes away from everything, or an 850 sq ft home in a location you actually love?"*And honestly, there's no easy answer.
A bigger home sounds great,until you're spending an extra hour commuting every day.A great location sounds perfect,until you realise you're compromising on space.

That's probably one of the hardest parts of buying a home. There are always two or three things you want, but rarely one property that gives you everything.
