Partial hysterectomy- 10 months post op

I had a partial hysterectomy 10 months ago; my stomach still gets so swollen and feels super inflamed (from the belly button port). Has anyone else had this experience? I’m at a loss of what to do! My stomach (physically) has changed so much. Still can’t wear pants due to pain and sensitivity on stomach. Im debating a GLP 1 for inflammation and to help with the body differences.
I’m in pelvic floor PT. I’ve had CT scans, x rays, etc and all normal.
