It takes me an entire day just to get proportions, perspective, and depth just right. How can I draw faster, should I not be so nitpicky with my art?

I wouldn’t say I’m a perfectionist rather, I work on my lines, perspective, and depth until I’m satisfied. This being said, it takes me a month just to finish a fully rendered digital drawing whereas many others finish in 2-3 days. Is it just a matter of practice? I have gotten much faster at drawing noses which is cool, it takes me like 20-30 minutes now compared to a few days (:
