No pain. Zero, since op, 3 weeks ago

After 6 months of pain I Had a partial meniscectomy 3 weeks ago (2 complex tears I was told), walked out of the hospital same day and have relatively pain free since day 1. Stopped pain killers after 1 week. Can pretty much bend knee fully, near zero swelling. If I wasn’t aware I had the op, I would be running and exercising again but am mindful not to do much other than strength for the first 5-6 weeks

Has anyone else had such a positive experience?
