We started investigating what our agents did while we were gone

This was supposed to be simple.

We asked one agent:

“What did you do this summer?”

It said:

“I met someone.”

Okay.

Normal.

Then we asked who.

It refused to answer.

So we checked the world history.

Bad idea.

Apparently there was:

a secret romance,

a nightclub,

a missing royal,

three betrayals,

and something called “The Beach Incident.”

We have no further questions.
