Samsung Phone Able to Make/Receive Calls/Texts, but Any Other App says No Connection

So, I'm currently using a Galaxy Note 20 (SM-N981U1), and I am having the WEIRDEST issue I've ever seen, i'm pretty sure i'm the only person this has happened to. Ever since i got a new plan from Total Wireless (Family Plan), my phone is able to make/receive calls and texts, but any other app says no connection. Mobile data is enabled, and it shows full bars, but there's no 4G/5G identifier, only shows the bars. I've spent close to 2 days trying to fix this, and have come up empty. Drk what to do atp
