Scandi grind

I made few knives so far, all using hand tools because I don't have a place for grinder or any other machinery, and now i want to try making a knife with scandi grind and was wondering does anyone have any advice on how to do nice scandi grind with file or anything that could help me that isn't too expensive and big, i found a few good videos online how to do scandi but not a single one without using power tools. Any advice is welcome
