was this tweaker or what?

my first time ever seeing people smoke weed in person was when i was either 14 or 15. i was already there hanging with like 3 people and we had vapes and such just chillin. this guy comes and let me tell you this was tweaker asf. even back then. this guy rolls up with a foil full of resin or rosin or whatever but i knew it was some sort of concentrate and a glass tube with a lighter. aint that a bitch?
