M18 9 stone 5'2ft. Strange moles on skin wondering if I should get them checked.

They aren't symmetrical and the borders look a bit weird, i noticed some a while back but they were over scars so i assumed that's just how they grew back but, now I have one that isn't over a scar.

I'm wondering if i should get it checked. I saw a chemist to ask about the ones on my scars and they said my theory was likely the cause and not to worry but something doesn't seem right.

Since i got this new mole I'm starting to think the chemist was talking waffle.
