suddenly logged out

hi, what should i do if i keep getting an error every time i try to log in to my okcupid account? i’m sure that my email and password are correct because i’ve been using the same login details, but the app suddenly logged me out of my account without any warning. now, whenever i try to log back in, it just keeps showing me an error and won’t let me access my account. i’ve already tried logging in multiple times, but nothing seems to work. it’s honestly really frustrating and such a hassle, especially since i don’t know what caused the sudden logout in the first place. is there anything else i can do to fix this or regain access to my account?
