in contact with sp

Hi everyone

I have been in contact with my sp (ex) since we parted. talking all day on snapchat. i see so many people in no contact situations with sp but my situation is different. hot and cold behavior is happening and it’s pissing me offf 😅😅 i do struggle with staying in the state cause the 3d is constantly infront of me. any tips would be appreciated
