Optic fiber safety glasses

Hi guys,

I want to watch the solar eclipse in the Netherlands, bit off course decided this way too late to get my hands on special ecplise glasses.

Now, I have optic fiber safety glasses, from work (fiber engineer) can I use those to watch safely?
