Lags

Hi guys, i just want to check if it's my pc and my storage or if anyone else has these weird moments where sometimes we move slowly for like 30 seconds and then back to normal. At first i thought it was my storage, so i deleted a game but it still happened. I wasn't asked to update the game too, so I'm not sure if it has anything to do with that. Thank you!
