Surprising GTO line
Turn GTO play is surprising to me!
- TT generally wants to continue betting Turn all-in (or at least big). My combo (TsTc) specifically checks a decent amount, which makes sense with the flush draw blocker.
- Surprising to me that all TT combos want to get all-in on the Turn. My combo by check/jamming, and the other combos should continue betting with a jam or at least a big bet.
- However, I can't see how we're ever getting called by worse when we bet. We're basically dead against straights and sets. We're not even denying that much equity, as V still call with their over card flush draws which are loaded up with outs. V should already have folded a decent portion of their naked over cards to the Flop big bet.
In game, I checked Turn. I didn't consider blockers in game, however I thought the 7 was way better for V's range than mine. Additionally, I thought my pool is overweight pocket pairs when calling preflop so I thought the runout was a bit of a minefield.
Hated life calling the Turn. Loved life calling the River.
