[Schematic advice] Options for driving 50 ohm output to 50 ohm input

What chips would you guys suggest for driving an input to single ended 50 ohm, if intending to drive a 50 ohm input (10 MHz max square, converted from LVDS_25)

My initial plan was to use SN74 for driving 50 ohm, but I worry that with the halving of voltage (3.3V/2), that it would drop below 2V VIH for most 50 ohm inputs

My hope is that I can drive

LVDS --> LVCMOS/LVTTL (50R) --> cable/loopback --> LVCMOS/LVTTL (50R) --> LVDS

Clock signal would only be max 10 MHz square, or potentially 1 PPS pulse, sourced from LVDS_25

Here's my initial thoughts, but I suspect VIH is too low for the input side.

Input side:

Any suggestions for chips with higher voltage to use instead of SN74 on output side? Perhaps a MOSFET. I've seen some dedicated clock buffers, but they seem intended for 1:X fanout, and I really only need 1:1 on each output (they seem expensive. I am hoping for SOT23 or something) Trying to improve my electronics. Thanks
