Sleep is falling apart, but it seems too early for a regression
I had a unicorn sleeper! My LO started sleeping long stretches (6-9 hours) at around 5-6 weeks, usually waking for one early morning between 3 and 5 am feeding before returning to sleep until 7 ish. Now he’s 11 weeks and suddenly things have been falling apart the last week or so— he’s waking more often, sleeping a max of 4 hours at a time, and when he does wake up it typically takes anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours to settle him back in his mini crib! He transitions super easily to the crib at bedtime and usually sleeps his longest stretch then (3-4 hours) before waking up all night.
The only thing I’ll say is that he was really colic-y from 6-10 weeks of age, and that has finally passed and he’s happy during the days again. This is amazing but now sleep is rough! Not sure if they’re related, it’s something I’m doing, something else is going on at this age, etc.
