19 weeks, how do I know my baby is fine?

I still cant really tell i feel my baby boy and im often worried as my pregnancy symptoms are gone (thanks to neusea pills otherwise i would still be sick 😅)
Belly ist there but not huge. Im always worried im having missed pregnancy. Next ultrasound in two
