Seamless Co-op FPS drops after ~20 minutes

Help!

Hey everyone,

I'm having a strange FPS issue with Elden Ring Seamless Co-op.

The game runs perfectly at a stable ~60 FPS for the first 20 minutes or so, but then the FPS suddenly drops to around 40 FPS and the game starts feeling noticeably stuttery.

The weird part is that restarting the game completely fixes it — I'm back to a stable ~60 FPS again, until it happens again after playing for a while.

What's strange is that vanilla Elden Ring is completely fine, and if I play Convergence by myself without Seamless Co-op, it's also perfectly stable at 60 FPS. The issue only seems to happen when I'm playing Convergence + Seamless Co-op.

I'm currently using:

  • Seamless Co-op v1.9.9
  • Elden Ring Convergence
  • Ryzen 5 7600
  • RTX 5070

Has anyone experienced something similar?

I'm also wondering if anyone has successfully downgraded Seamless Co-op to an older version (1.9.8, 1.9.5, etc.) specifically to fix FPS issues. If so, which version worked for you?

I'm going to try 1.9.8 myself, but I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has had the same problem and found a solution.

Thanks!
