"Unreleased" youtube video in random playlists

Sometimes when I'm browsing auto generated playlists or playlists created by other people I find this particular video inside them.

All the comments are related to the dead Internet theory, so is this like ai related, mass-produced stuff or what? I'm really curious what this is and if this only happens to me or nah.

I feel like theres is some deep rabbithole around this lol

Some playlists I found this video in:
2th video https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLq5sPB7Px6yGthd-k-ti1Rr1zd0zJvvCj
3th video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JpR0GuASjOI&list=PLGktvxXdkZ5BFdwN25MeljwpoF0f-6cAD
I remember seeing this in more playlists too but I dont remember their names sorry
