Dogs who are siblings had pups anything i should worry about ?

My family recently added two members to our family two king Charles cavaliers (siblings one boy one girl) we found out that the past owner clearly didn't care about incest or desexing the dogs as the girl has had one litter before us, whe we got her she was pregnant and my parents won't spay abort meaning she will have her brothers pups probably for the second time. We have desexed the male but is their anything else I should do to make sure nothing else happens ?
