Still dreaming of my ex six months after the break up?

6 months ago, I confronted my ex (dated for four years) for cheating on me and I blocked him.

We have had zero contact ever since.

At least once a week, I have a dream with him in it. Its never a bad dream.

Last night, I dreamt that we were at an arena together and navigating our way to our seats to watch a show/concert.

In the dreams everything is always normal and I wake up confused as to why I still dream these sort of scenarios with him.

Any advice?
