Thinking of doing a second masters

I graduated a year ago with a masters in electrical engineering from the US from a reputed institute (top 100 qs world rankings).

I have been applying continuously for vlsi fresher roles in india for 1 year but to little to no responses

My resume is completely optimized for vlsi roles as well with multiple projects on fgpa,rtl design and also protocol verification

The only thing lacking is experience:(

So in this situation I am thinking of doing another masters from india.

I would be doing this purely for the campus placements.

Im open to everyones suggestions and what else they think I could be doing
