found out their results were actually them just scripting

I'm genuinely devastated that my friend got me into subs. I've been manifesting one specific thing, which is basically related to my grades, and something needs to work in my favour, basically. My friend and I have been manifesting together for months. I've used note app subs, LOA subs, detachment, self-concept; I've done nearly everything, and nothing seemed to work.

A few days ago, my friend sent me a message saying we got the results and that it worked in our favour. I messaged her immediately, so happy that our manifestations finally paid off, and then my friend ghosted me. She deleted the messages a few hours later and said that she was just using a new method to manifest called scripting. I feel so horrible, and I'm genuinely losing my mind over this. This outcome is extremely important for both of us, and I just desperately want it to happen, but I don't want to think about it too much. The fact that she made up a lie just to get my hopes up is killing me. I don't want to do this anymore.

I've lost hope in this community. Somehow, everything you say contradicts itself, and if something doesn't work, you just say it's your self-concept, or you didn't manifest enough. It's so pathetic. Better not to believe in this that waste time thinking about something that might not happen.
