Demanding 2.5 yo toddler won’t leave me alone!

need some advise please, going out my mind bcos my 2.5 yo is SO demanding, literally follows me around everywhere all day everyday I feel like I get no break except when she’s asleep. Even if i just pop upstairs or go to the toilet within minutes shes there!

I’ve tried putting tv on for her/ doing coloring playing with toys etc. but she wants me to do everything with her won’t do anything on her own It’s so tyring!

if I’m on my phone to someone even her dad she‘ll try to distract me so I can’t even have a conversation as I can’t concentrate on the call she’ll scream or try pull me away.

its the same if I have ppl over if I try to have a conversation she tries to pull me up and take me away to play with her and I end up not being able to talk to them it seems unfair.

I don’t know what to do as when I try to say no she just cries and gets upset Then i feel worse.

is this normal toddler behaviour?!
