19C SSG seeking advice for stagnant career

I'm just gonna put this in bullet format first to get the basics out:

• 9 years in service next month, and so tired of enlisted life
• Just got rejected from my third attempt at the WOSB for 153A. I'm boarded for September for my fourth look, and then I'll do my final attempt in November
• If WO doesn't work out my next choice is green to gold. I'm currently working towards my Associates, I have 30 credits out of the 60 required
• been stuck at a duty station for over 4 years and me and the wife hate it here. not getting promoted any time soon because there's no progression for 19C and no options for nice duty stations

Basically I just feel stuck, and see no light at the end of the tunnel. I have one contract left until I'm indef, and I haven't done KD time yet or a broadening assignment. I don't want to stay enlisted, but the last two years in my unit and the rejections from warrant make me seriously considering getting out. I just need a change and progression and opportunities. Any advice?
