Bed time + Early wakes
Little one is 20 weeks old, adjusted age is 15 weeks. We just increased his schedule to 1.5/1.75/1.75/1.75/2 within the last week or so and he seems to be doing well with it. Not getting over tired.
Wake time varies quite a bit from day to day. Some days he sleeps until 7:30am, other days he's done with it by 5:45. Ideal wake time would be around 7:00, but babies gonna baby, so what we want is secondary. Some consistency would be nice though.
Naps are usually 30-45 minutes (one of the two early naps is longer, usually 1.5 hours) averaging 3.5 hours of nap time during the day and 9 hours of wake time. He seems to want to give his last nap the middle finger half the time, but usually ends up sleeping for 30 minutes there.
Bed time at 7:00pm, but it feels like a moving target based on his schedule. Getting him settled at night is usually a pretty simple process though and he's usually able to get himself to sleep. Just got him down to one feed between 12am and 2am, and a snooze button feed sometime between 3am and 5am. This is way better than where he was just a couple weeks ago!
So here's the question: For early wakes, do we try to maintain a strict bed time and flex his wake windows to accommodate that or do we flex bed time around to fulfill the nap and wake window schedule?
