TikTok witness
I feel like I’m in the twilight zone after learning that a random TikTok influencer is being considered as a defense witness.
I work in the medical field and it’s really quite simple if they really want to assess the staffing of the weekend in question. They can call a hospital staffing office employee who was working that weekend to confirm what their staffing was that weekend compared to their typical staffing ratios.
This whole thing is mind blowing to me, and scares me about how facts and information can be allowed to be so manipulated and biased inside of a courtroom.
Also, it seems apparent neither side has a nurse or medical consultant on their team. This is prime example.
