$100k in flight school debt and I can't refinance it

I have over $100k in a sallie mae flight school loan and payments are coming up in less than 2 months. I need to refinance the loan because the interest is just killing me and the monthly payments that are due are above what I can pay. I have called and attempted to refinance the loan from every major company, and non will take on a flight school loan. For context, (I don't have a college degree) the American Airlines option is not on the table, and I am just wrapping up my instrument rating. Yrefy was the only option that came close to being available but they don't operate in the state im in.

Does anyone have any suggestions or know what to do? I'm feel like im literally at the edge of a cliff without having the option to turn around. Anything with a co-signer? Any suggestions?????
