How does one get the access to this level of support.

We currently have 430 users for our b2b saas (primarily agencies) Thats IG’s FB’s whatsapp combined the amount of accounts is closer to ~2000

Nobody reached out to us, nothing.

What are the criteria?

I would appreciate any input from people who are already at that level
