[r/ClaudeAI] Has anyone been experiencing this issue lately? Claude just uses up all of the usage I have immediately.

Original post body:
I'm a free user, I don't want to buy Claude Pro. And by that, I can only use Claude 3 times a day, at 11:50, at 16:50, and at 21:50, later I'm sleeping.
Every single time, I try to use Claude at 16:50, it just uses up all of my usage limit, from 8% directly to 100%.
Usually, the first chat I ask it to do something or multiple things that involve mostly coding and a little bit of tweaking around with properties. It finishes only half because of the usage limit, that is okay for me, because I can use it 5 hours later anyway.
Second time trying to use claude, at 16:50 now, I ask for it to "Continue where you left off", one second passes, 4% usage, 2 seconds pass, 8% usage, 3 seconds pass, 100% usage.
Where does all my usage go? I literally have no idea why this happens, and this happens only in the afternoon! I can ask it the same thing, and it does it, only using up at most, half of my usage limit!
Is this intended to be this way or is something seriously wrong and I should report it to Anthropic??? It pisses me off a lot and this has been happening for days now.
