I need help i lost control

Hi iam on this reddit like 1.5 years i managed to do pretty good streaks the longest was 2 months and did nonutnovember but for the last few months i cannot get back up i wach porn every day fell ashamed for it every day and still cant break this cycle even when i know i once did it i would be glad if someone from this community could give me some tips or somehow motivate me
