Is this answer paper valuation fair?

I wrote the answers similar to suggested answers(have attached question, suggested answer along with my answer in exam) in case of FM even till half the answer numbers were matching, but still didnt get marks/ step marks for those answers.

So, Should my words/ sentences match exactly to suggested answer in Audit.

and what should be done in FM? even though objectively my answer was correct still marks was not awarded.
