Firemouth or Blood Parrot or Polar blue convict for 55 gal Sailfin molly tank?

Long time no see, I'm going to order plants when I come back home from vacation in a week (2 month vacation bc of parents 🥲) and I want to make a central American tank (Community) with mollies but have a good centerpiece?
