Ashtootrippy calling the police on Tophia?

Just saw her post a TikTok about filing a police reports and getting a restraining order. I commented and will probably get hated on and mind chu-I DESPISE tophia she is an entitled lazy POS. But what could a restraining order or police report on HER possibly even be approved for? RO’s are only granted for extreme levels of stalking or credible threats of violence or actual domestic violence has occurred. She threatened to sue Ash or report her for “illegally obtaining documents” and accused her of “trying to make her homeless” (girl you’re already homeless) but of course she is going to respond to ash’s videos about her, her knowing someone at the shelter she’s at(that made Tophia super nervous oop) and Ash was the one posting all the police reports and body cam if I’m not mistaken. Most things get a crash out from Big Toph so I’m not surprised at all she spoke on Ash…BUT does a protective order and police report not seem… like a waste of the systems time? Tophia is already such a strain on the system, its workers and tax payers… Idk. Maybe I just don’t like involving police and court when not a necessity but I feel like the police and court will laugh in Ash’s face personally because she has been the one involving herself time and time again even when she says she will stop.
