What is objectively the better guitar

I posted yesterday to ask for some advice in procuring a new guitar, after all your great suggestions im down to 3 contenders

1: eastman e1SS deluxe sunburst | 830euros

2: seagull s6 | 900 euros

3: seagull s6 collection 1982 | 745euros

What im asking is mainly what the difference between the two s6’s are and which one you’d recommend between them, and also which of the three you think would be best overall, as previously stated im playing mainly country esc songs, so id like a really bassy, deep and rich guitar. And is the regular s6 really worth the extra 150euros? Thanks!
