Tips for sensitivity settings?

Been playing since release, but I still haven’t been able to figure out how sensitivity works for aiming. I’ve always had issues (hence why moon knight was my first main), but I think it’s getting worse. I often miss shots with characters like Namor, and can miss an entire shotgun clip with punisher at close range. I’ve looked at the sensitivity settings but I just don’t understand. Can anyone provide some helpful tips to help me figure out sensitivity and how I should set it? I don’t mean exact settings, but rather how to know what to adjust. I don’t understand what to look for and what settings to change.
