It's a neighbors, single Owners. They claim to have maintained it, but not much shows on carfax. But they're also not really the people to not maintain stuff, they're quite rich, think just too lazy to track down reciepts from indy shop, but who knows. They pretty much just want this "ugly" thing out of thier driveway, but still want something for it, lol
