407 ETR .. really??

OK, so, I can't blame the 407, because I know I could have looked up the toll in advance. I didn't. My bad.

But seriously. 30 bucks to get from the east end to the 400? You can't tell me that anyone is shelling out for this out of their own pocket. Surely it's only the people expensing the tolls?

I'm seeing that they send out promos every now and then. I got the app, so I guess I'll get those now. Are there any other ways to bring down the cost?
