Can someone look at this Ashe and guess what Rank they are?

The match was just a quickplay game and I thought the Ashe was aimbotting. after watching, nothing seemed off besides the weird drift. Then I started wondering is this what GM level aim is? Is her hip fire technique what I need to learn? only a peak plat1 dps player.

(I’m the sojourn)

We did end up winning the game because our tank started focusing her
