NOID asylum

I’m an asylum seeker. But I still have F1 status. I got interview and got NOID four months later. Stating that, my past verbal abuse by persecutors does not raise enough persecution and my future fear is not well-founded.
I wrote the rebuttal letter with witness affidavits and articles showing the persecutors finding in my former residence, and there are people with my same background got detained to show pattern of practice for well-founded fear.
I also attached psychiatrist consultation notes and letter for the mental health condition that I suffered after the verbal abuse event.

Do you think I can convince him to reverse his decision? I’m from FL.
